Health & Safety Warning

Please read before playing.

Your health and safety are important to us. Please review the following warnings regarding photosensitivity and safe gaming habits before starting your adventure.

! Photosensitive Seizures

A very small percentage of people may experience a seizure when exposed to certain visual images.

  • Flashing lights, rapidly changing colors, or certain visual patterns present in video games may trigger seizures or blackouts.
  • This can happen even in individuals with no history of seizures or epilepsy.

! Symptoms to Watch For

Stop playing immediately and consult a doctor if you experience any of the following symptoms:

  • Lightheadedness or altered vision.
  • Eye or face twitching.
  • Jerking or shaking of arms or legs.
  • Disorientation, confusion, or momentary loss of awareness.

! Safe Playing Habits

To reduce the likelihood of a seizure or eye strain, take the following precautions:

  • Play in a well-lit room.
  • Do not play if you are drowsy or fatigued.
  • Sit as far back from the screen as your setup comfortably allows.
  • Take a 10 to 15-minute break every hour, even if you don't think you need it.

! Repetitive Motion Injuries

Playing video games can cause repetitive motion stress.

  • If your hands, wrists, or arms become tired or sore while playing, stop and rest for several hours before playing again.
  • If you continue to have sore hands, wrists, or arms during or after play, stop playing and see a doctor.
